A: By far, the most common reason is because of a poor internet connection. High resolution images have a lot of data and just take a while on a slow connection. Try exiting the app, go to Settings (looks like a gear) and check the WiFi connection. Choose the network that has the strongest signal and try MSL Curiosity again.
Q: I just purchased the app and it looks like the raw images are not updating. What gives?
A: This is a known problem caused by a change in the format of a JPL web page that posts the images. The problem was fixed in Version 1.2 of MSL Curiosity. This version should be available in early December. Sorry for the inconvenience.
